Reaction strives to bring relevant events and programs to our Community Table.

Working with our partners and pro-staff we're able to bring the following programs to you:

→ Weekly Drop-in Fly Tying $5/night

Every Thursday from 5-9pm, come by and join us for an evening of fly tying. Drop-in fee is $5 and includes materials. Please be sure to bring your own vice and tools.

→ Casting Clinics - Free

Every fall we'll bring you a series of casting clinics at Cultus Lake. Try out our selection of single hand and spey demo rods from Sage, Redington & St. Croix... or bring your own. Pro Staff are available all afternoon to fine-tune your technique! Haven't cast before? No problem, come on out and learn how!

→ One-on-One Fly Casting Instruction

Looking for a little guidance? Trying to work out a few bugs? Never done it but want to learn? Call us today to schedule a private lesson! Your gear or ours, single hand or spey.

→ Introduction to Fly Tying Courses

We offer one-time, weekly for 4 weeks or day sessions. We offer a regular session each fall and winter, as well as courses by demand. We'll give you a tour of the fly wall & tying material, show you the techniques and tools available, break down the categories and even open the entomology door.

→ Advanced Fly Tying Courses

Ready for more? You've had a bit of experience on your own or have taken a beginner course and want to expand your skills and get into the nitty gritty of the famed intruder or that intricate dry fly. Call us, we'll show you how!

Many of the programs we offer are taught in-house at our Abbotsford location, but there are those special events where we'll send you out into the wild with some of the very best!

We know what's out there and are happy to share. Are you a beginner and want to wet your feet with a friend or group under the direction of a guide? Just learning and want to experience the greatness of Beautiful British Columbia and fine-tune your skills? Advanced and looking for a day on the water that you don't have to plan? Something that hits close to home! We LOVE Cuttie tours! Bring your gear and we'll barbeque up some lunch on the side of the river. Fly fishing? Drift fishing? Spinng? Whatever it is that you do, bring your gear and we'll take you to the fish!

→ Group Fly Fishing Day Camps

We know what it's like to want to learn it all! Join us for a full day casting clinic. We'll provide lunch and afterwards we'll hit the water! Women's and co-ed groups available.

→ Seasonal seminars with pro guides & industry guru's

A few times a year we'll bring the experts to you! Join us at our Community Table with local guides, professional anglers & instructional guru's. We'll spend an evening covering the topics you most want to hear. From Steelhead to Sockeye to Bass & Trout. Gear & tackle demo's, Fisheries, Conservation, Chironomids, Club Reps, Streamers, Intruders...... Did we miss anything? Let us know or recommend a guest speaker!

Ahhhh, the elusive sturgeon! We're right next door to some of the best Sturgeon Fishing known to man! Give us a call; we'll get you that trophy photo!

→ Fraser River Salmon Charters

This year it's all about Sockeye (34 million & counting!) but that's not all that's out there! We've seen Springs that reach 300lbs and walk on two legs! Coho that would win an arm wrestle match and enough pinks that you could walk right across to other side of the river. And Chum? They're here -- and they like candy!

→ BC Steelhead! There's nothing like it!

You tell us how you would like to fish and we'll take you out on the prowl for some of those infamous BC Steelhead!
